'Rated R' Rihanna's new album is due for release on Nov. 23... o0o0o0, exciting! and Russian Roulette is the first song to leak. Written by Ne-yo and produced by Chuck Harmondy, it's bound to be a hit! But as much as i like it, it's a very dark song and a bit creepy. I think I'm failing to see the deeper meaning just 'cause I can't stop thinking 'bout topping m'self every time I listen to it.

Tiffany Evans also voiced her opinion on a Twitter rant about the controversial topic of the song and the direction of Rihanna's album asserting that it will cause suicidal rates to 'sky rocket.'
I know certain artists have the power to change my mood dramatically when I listen to their music and considering that Riahnna's last album sold 2.5 million copies in the US (according to Nielsen SoundScan) she is bound to have a significant percentage in their who are suicidal... Well, the gunshot at the end of the track should be consoling.

But regardless, I'm loving it!
